Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.
The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.

Plus, I am a Natural Forms user, and I cannot import those fields into my forms because they do not exist at the job level.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dave Vaughn commentedI couldn't agree more! I love being able to create more than one job inside of a contact, but the pages look too much alike and our people get in a hurry and end up putting things in the wrong places and it creates confusion. I agree that limiting or removing attachments and financials, etc from the contact page would be a big help. If not that, maybe make the contact and job screens different colors or something that sets them apart more.

Let me add to this by saying, I realize that you can click on the green box with the primary contact and see that info, but it only shows up on the activity tab. It would be great to be able to just glance up and see that info at the top of the screen with the other job information. But the biggest upside for us would be that those fields would be available to push into our documents within Natural Forms at the job level.
