Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.

An error occurred while saving the comment Something like a Mapmycustomer integration that would allow you to see areas where jobs are selling and areas, where things fall flat so advertising and efforts can be targeted, would be great.

An error occurred while saving the comment This would be helpful. When multiple jobs happen at the same contact the invoicing side can get messy.
We did work on an apartment complex that lead to about 12 jobs done under the same contact and the estimates and invoices became a real mess. -

Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.
The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

Replying from Gmail removes the conversation from job nimbus; it works, but then the record of the conversation is no longer on JobNimbus.
It would be much easier to process e-mails by working through the e-mail client inbox and not jumping back and forth to search for contacts.
