Customer communication inbox
JobNimbus should have a notification Center per user like a inbox that lets us know we have had incoming emails, communication or responses from any clients or internal notes/ mentions. We Should not have to go into customer each individual to check for email or communication.

I would like a place I can access all the email replies in the app. I can only find them through the notifications and its pretty cumbersome.

It would be great if JN had an inbox like any other email inbox, for ALL the jobs in ONE place. I waste so much time trying to keep track of email notifications and finding the corresponding job or contact that I need to respond to. Leeds are falling through the cracks!!!
The next best thing would be to see at a glance if there's any unopened emails Under a job on the job board.

There needs to be an inbox or separate notification center for emails, especially with the ability to filter by rep or by subcontractor.
This would allow for us to stay on top of recent activity and also monitor if wraps are being prompt about replying to customer inquiries

We spend WAY too much time watching a report to figure out if a customer has emailed us as a response to an automated email. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix this.

What is frustrating is the fact that I have been requesting this of many things for email communication to no avail. I would literally use JobNimbus for EVERYTHING if they could get the email issues updated. How can you operate a business when you don't even know if you received an email or not?

I agree fully!!! This is so frustrating and almost has me cancelling this expensive program. I have made numerous attempts at reaching the developers but I feel as though they are in Taiwan somewhere and have no idea.

I have missed several emails from our customers because I have no way of knowing when a new email comes in. Please fix!

It would be nice if our jobs to have a notification alert or one main inbox of any communication by our clients without having to click on each customer to see if any recent activity.

Allow us to see all incoming texts and emails on the homepage so we can easily access and connect with our contacts from one place.

Why in the world doesnt JobNimbus have an inbox? I'll trade that so-called dashboard in for an inbox any day. There is no way to look in jobnimbus and tell you have an email. At least add the email to the dashboard so it can be checked without having to go look in my email client first just to be told I was sent an email through jobnimbus. Please add this asap.

I do not see anywhere that I can see all of my incoming and outgoing emails. I e-mailed an invoice to a contact, and when they responded I did not get a notification! I do not want to have to go through each contact to see if they emailed me!

It would be so helpful to be able to view all the emails sent in one location, instead of having to track it by each job/client. I could imagine a tab on the left that shows all the emails sorted by most recent, where you could also view if someone replied.
