  1. More customization in classic reports

    The ability to filter out specific activity items is the primary concern for this user. They want to omit email activity, and only filter by actual changes and activity updates by the assignee of the job.

  4. AssistAI Scheduling priority

    It would be good if it scheduled appointments where it tried to go to one person but then if that person isn't available, THEN it goes to the next one, instead of evenly going to everyone, some people are just a backup.

  6. Disable Assist AI from Giving Customer Information

    With AssistAI you can pretend to be someone else, claim your phone number is their phone number, and get information like their address. Basically: you can do social engineering to the AI to get confidential information.

    When a lead is created with AssistAI it only goes to one status. Could be nice if it went to one status (Lead) if no appointment was scheduled, and a different status (Appointment scheduled) if an appointment was scheduled

  20. Boards on iOS mobile app vs Android mobile app

    On iOS, when viewing a board, you can navigate to Home, and when you navigate to Boards, the app remembers the last board you were in. On Android, if you navigate away from and back to boards, you have to go through the list of boards again
