Limit quantity decimal with supplier integration
If the quantity of an item on a material order (SRS) contains a decimal, the system does not automatically round that number up, and ultimately prevents the user from placing the material order. The pop-up notification given simply states, "There was an error submitting the order", this causes confusion and does not provide the reason or solution.
The Order Preview does list a Note which states, "This supplier only accepts quantities that are whole numbers. Any quantities that were not whole numbers have been rounded up to the nearest whole number." Again this would cause confusion as the user would…

Credit Memos not Amount Paid
Currently, Credit Memos are counted against invoices as "Amount Paid" so when reports are exported the "Amount Paid" won't always match the sum of payments. It would be better if this could be either included or excluded by our choice.

Expiration time of estimates sent
When we send and estimate to a potential customer, the link expires after 48 hours and causes more work for us as we have to resend the estimate.
We should be able to change the time the link expires or at least give the customer 2 weeks to look over an estimate to be able to review and think about their options.

Wants the option to hide descriptions on P&S
sometimes they may use supplies from different suppliers in one job and if quote details has a specific product they did not deliver it can be an issue with the contract

Admins able to change profile settings
As an admin, I would like to be able to change things like profile settings, calendar views, and what's on the dashboards for each of the users.

Map-based schedule - Idea
In future updates it would be nice if your maps had the ability to route the best routes for getting to a worksite, materials, e.t.c
Also would be nice to have all of the appointments/tasks show up on the map when tapping on the location

Void Estimates - Recover dollar amount
It would be nice to have some sort of way of recovering the original dollar amount on a voided estimate through classic reports. Whether the dollar amount shows in the activity log of the estimate, or if it can be shown by filter/column in classic reports, that would be very helpful!
