SQ Standalone - Hover Integration Sync 3D Model Visualizer Link
Whenever a Hover report is created, it also produces a 3D model of the house and it allows the customer to play around with color choices and different products. It creates a link to the 3D model which we copy and send to the customer. We would love a way to customize a page that will have the specific customer’s link to their 3D model. Or have this fill somehow from the sync.

Allow Secondary Signature From JN Record
When we add a team member as a secondary signer to an estimate, we can only execute that second signature via the emailed link. However, the job activity feed only has a link to the PDF. It would be more efficient for us if we could choose to sign any estimate pending our signature from the job or estimate record itself. We can do review and share > sign now if we are the first signer but this does not allow the homeowner to choose options.

Improved Hiding Products & Services
With the New Sales Experience, we have the ability to manage calculations for individual products. However, hiding a product or service does not remove it from that list. Having "hidden" item showing here is confusing and it would be improved by hiding them here as well.

AI use for documents
It would be amazing if JobNimbus could integrate AI or OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to process documents, such as Xactimate reports. The feature could allow users to upload a document, and the system would intelligently extract relevant data to automatically generate material POs, estimates, or invoices.
This functionality would save time, reduce errors, and improve efficiency, especially for businesses handling a high volume of insurance restoration projects.
