Automations to Recognize Notes in Activity
There is an automation recipe in the Help Center for recognizing when a document is signed. However, when we try to adapt this recipe to detect the activity message for a document being sent, it does not work. Being able to trigger automations by when a "Activity" is "Modified" with the condition If "Note" "contains (any)" "sent Document" and have it read the email messages that appear in the activity feed as well, would be very useful.

Contact Fields
Logo wants to add in a field for inspector and have it act like the assignee column as he wants them to receive notifications and have it as a better way to organize the contact fields.

Be able to get rid of not present option on forms
want to be able to get rid of the option of "Not Present" when creating a picture option on forms so that employees cant bypass and skip out on taking pictures

Engage - Ability to update the phone number to the correct contact.
Phone number was associated to the wrong contact and text message was sent. Phone number has now been updated to the correct contact but the conversation is still showing under the incorrect (original) contact and when creating a new text message under the contact where that number is not associating to, it defaults to the old (wrong) contact.

Bulk Edit Items Within Report but not Entire Report
Currently, bulk edits impact an entire report so they require creating additional reports every time. It would be fantastic if we could get the ability to mark specific items of a report and then bulk edit just those items. This would be useful when looking at large data sets, or specific reports that required complex filters to view as it would reduce the need for more, even more complex reports.

Adding lines to estimates
On estimates legacy: having a little tab on each line that allows you to add additional line items above or below that line without having to drag the line from the bottom to where it needs to go on the estimate which is incredibly tedious.

Unit of measure added on item quantity in New Sales Experience
wouldn't have to go in the description and add the UOM should add the UOM measure in the Quantity box, it would be very useful to have the UOM at the bottom of the Quantity. So that the audience ie Sales Rep can see the unit of measure on the estimate.
