Credit Card Fees should be reflected as a cost on profit tracker
We shouldn't have to add up all of the credit card fees and manually add them as a cost. Actual Revenue is not correct, and this messes us up a lot when calculating remaining balance due on jobs.
Also, under financials > payments I want to see a spot that says cc fee so that I don't have to open up the invoice, copy and paste the fee, then manually add it to see how much the customer actually paid towards their bill, credit card processing fees do not count towards their job total.

Missing Payment amount and type fields available on api and/or email templates
I'd like to automate based on the amount and type for example:
Cash/Check Payment -> Manager needs a task to make sure it gets to the bank
JobNimbus Payment -> Send to spreadsheet to consolidate for accounting dept.Can we get the following field available in either an email template, Zapier, or in the API?:
Amount (Amount of the purchase)
Method/Payment Type(Card, Bank, Cash, ect.)
Merchant (JobNimbusPayments, WePay, Global Payments)
RelatedRecordID/JNID
RelatedRecondNumber/ContactNumber/JobNumber

Modify Job fields in zap
Why does zap only have the ability to Update Contact when a trigger is made? I would like the ability to create a trigger that updates Job field also. And the ability to update Work Order Fields would be great too.

Refunds processed in payment portal do not reflect under Job Nimbus Financials tab
When a refund is processed in the payment portal, we should not have to manually go into the financials tab in Job Nimbus and adjust the payment, and invoice to be correct.

Allow us to create custom shareable albums
It would be nice to be able to select multiple pictures and create a custom sharable album. For example, select images add it to a custom album titled "Homeowner" and share it to the homeowner. Or being able to create another one name "Adjuster" to share to an insurance adjuster.

Ability to choose which customers, jobs, or invoices to NOT sync with QB
Create the ability to select a customer, job, estimate, invoice, payment, etc. to NOT sync with QB. For example, a test customer or all the records from before JN and QB were synced. If you create a new job with a prior customer from before the initial sync, JN tries to sync the old job also.

In the JobNimbus payment portal, the Balance Details section does not display the customer name, job name, or a running balance. Both the job name and a running balance should be included so users can quickly identify which job or customer the transactions belong to and easily spot where any negative balances originated.No Print or Export Functionality [Medium Priority]

Integrate Product Variations by Supplier for Simplified Template Management and Estimating
It would be incredibly helpful if JobNimbus allowed users to assign supplier-specific variations to a single product line item. For example, under the main product "GAF Timberline HDZ," users could create variations for each supplier—like ABC Supply, SRS, and QXO—with their respective SKUs, pricing, and formulas.
How It Would Work:
When building an estimate template, the user selects the core product (e.g., GAF HDZ).
The system then automatically pulls in the correct SKU and pricing based on the selected supplier (e.g., ABC).

Can you add a Zapier command that looks up job by address?
Currently, jobs on Zapier can only be looked up by JobID or email. If it could be searched by job address, it would allow us to upload measurement attachments from our Gmail (emailed to us after ordering) and then uploaded automatically to the correct file based on the property address.

Lowe's is becoming or primary source for materials, and it would be great to be able to continue utilizing JobNimbus' Material Orders feature directly with Lowe's instead of having to externally order materials.

Show how many photos we have on desktop view
Small but might help. It would be nice to have a counter telling us how many pictures are on each job. We have this feature on the mobile app (but the counter caps at 1,000 pictures) so why not on the desktop?

Ability to Add Notes to Payments
It would be amazing if we were able to add notes to each logged payment. More than just a Reference #. For example, we keep track of who received the payment, where it was deposited, who it was deposited by, the check's associated bank, etc. It would be nice to have a spot to add these extra details in the payment log screen.

Integrate Stripe
JobNimbus should integrate Stripe as a payment processing option within the finance settings. Many of our clients would greatly benefit from the ease and familiarity Stripe offers for online payments. Incorporating Stripe would streamline their payment collection process and improve overall customer satisfaction. We believe this addition would be a valuable enhancement to JobNimbus.

Sync documents from CompanyCam to JobNimbus
It would be helpful for record keeping if the integration with CompanyCam could be updated to also sync the documents stored in a CompanyCam project to the job in JobNimbus.

Notifications when texts don't go through to clients
When we send a text and it doesn't get delivered we don't know about until we try and text the HO again. If we got notified we can fix it sooner rather than later.
