Create More Restrictive Access Profile

We would like our crew chiefs to have access to job records for a day, they would be assigned to the record. They would only have access to take pictures directly into the job record. At the end of the day, they would be unassigned. If there are issues with the install, we would like them to send the crew chiefs a work order with photos impeded of the problem

    I want a profile where the user can only see the job fields and the photos they add!

    Simply splitting the Documents and Photos permission into separate

    Definitely agree here for the concrete industry. Every employee does not need to be able to see everything. To play all sides, pretty much any single piece of information that could possibly be seen as sensitive should be included in the access profile set-up. That would make it the most versatile between companies and users.

    Break it down by each overarching feature such as Contacts, Jobs, Financials, etc.

    For us, this factor really comes into play when discussing cost information, or profit margins. The visibility of cost and profit margin information is the reason we aren't able to use the cost/mark-up tracking tools as they may have been intended to be used.

    I would like my leads to have access to jobs for addresses, add notes, change statuses, add pictures but not access email information ..as customers talk about pricing and sensitive information in their emails.

    Certain employees should NOT be able to see all the email information. Sensitive insurance information and other information that we have privacy concerns about should not be able to be accessed by any old employee. This restriction needs to be added asap.

    I want employees to have access to customer data, address, phone, profile, notes, but NOT financial tab.
