Automation for Tagged Team members
It would be beneficial to have the ability to create an automation based on when a team member is tagged in a note on a contact/job record.

Need this so the office doesn't miss activities when mentioned in a note and has nothing but 10 emails from JobNimbus and one gets overlooked and/or forgotten because the @metions don't have a check off they are only seen as a notification from app on phone and a email but if not making the email unread along with the 200+ other emails a day and notifications go away once seen and looked at so it has no reminder of the mention in a note where the task have to completed otherwise they stay up and uncompleted The automation has something that appears as if it should work but it does not
