Customize Products and Services

I would like to customize my products and services by adding a section where I can include a Sku number. This would be helpful in better categorizing items.

    Can you create line item type? I want certain line items only to show up for materials orders, certain ones for work orders, and certain ones for estimates/ invoices

    This would greatly help. We are able to customize everything else so why not this too.
