We want to officially support Change Orders soon, but in the meantime most JobNimbus customers are using Work Orders to manage this work.
As for folders, you can vote for that specific feature here: http://jobnimbus.uservoice.com/forums/136212-general/suggestions/6066331-folders-for-attachments
Alternatively, you can use File Types to act as “folders” for your attachments. You can manage your file types by going to Settings > File Types and setting different ones, essentially what would be “Folders”, and then you can use those “folder” names (or file types) to filter your Attachments list based on those “folders”. It actually works pretty well if you have it set up right.

An error occurred while saving the comment 1) How do we remove or hide default fields? We don't want multiple fields for a phone number. We just want to use the Main phone number. 2) How can we make a field (built-in or custom) required to be filled out when a new Contact is created?
Please put this on your roadmap, and broaden the scope of it to include industry standard functionality to allow customers to configure their own instance, including built in fields. Reason: not all JN customers are the same. Give us the flexibility to configure. Build a platform that is modern, scalable, and adaptable that abstracts the platform always from configuration. -

An error occurred while saving the comment The feature according to the logo was there and now the logo cannot multiple select when downloading pictures. He has the printing feature to download as well some pictures and now he does not have it.

An error occurred while saving the comment I think it would be nice after you create and submit a form to be able to have a copy or a pdf so you can send off. For example, I use the forms for our inspections, but would like to be able to send them to our 3rd party supplementer.
Example, I want to see sales rep information for each contact card in the boards but I only can create a custom field to be able to see it
