More Access Profile Options
This "account setting" check box seriously needs to have it's features broken in to more granular control.

Request to expand Access Profile controls within the New Jobs Experience to include permissions for viewing/editing Job Fields, editing dashboard layouts, and toggling access to new features like “Override Stage Dates.” This would allow admins to fine-tune user access and maintain consistent standards across teams.
