When making an "Email Template: have it actually show how it will look below in the "Body Preview" rather than looking the same as how you set the template. This way you can bypass making an email with it and sending it through a fake name to actually see what it looks like when the customer sees it and not have to keep doing that if you have to tweak it! Pointless to see it look the same in the made up template as in the body preview when that's what should help us to see it like the customer does. Thanks!
