Change the appearance of work orders on the jobnimbus calendar
Currently when work orders are added the the Jobnimbus calendar they only show as WO #XXX It would be more beneficial if the item had its own task icon on the calendar and viewed as the name of the contact/job that the work order is for.

Option to choose which task types sync with Google Calendar
I would like the option to choose which types of tasks (i.e. Appointment, Phone Call, Meeting, etc.,) sync with Google Calendar and which ones don't.

Options for Printing Calendars
User would like to be able to select a calendar date range and export it to a PDF or print.
Currently when downloading the PDF, it only shows the calendar. Nowhere does it indicate the month or year.

Ability to break up scheduling for jobs or work orders to exclude weekends
Need to be able to schedule a job for more than one week and exclude the weekend from the job and work orders.

Show the job address instead of the parent contact's when previewing a job on the calendar
Currently, when you click on a scheduled job from the calendar, it shows the parent contact's address in the preview sidebar instead of the job's address.
Please make it so that either it shows the job address instead, both addresses, or have the option to pick which address is displayed.

Appointment scheduling IS REALLY NEEDED
We as contractors can look more professional and loose less leads by having a appointment scheduling feature here. We already use JOB NIMBUS but an important service like this is needed. Perhaps partnering with Calendly or other appointment scheduling software could be useful if creating one within job nimbus is not an option. This will Allow us to send appointment reminders by text and email to customers etc.

Link Calendar Tasks to Contact
I want the Mobile App to be more seemless with the Contacts. I want the task in the mobile app to also link to the Contact. When I add a Work Order to the calendar, there's no way to get from the Work Order on the Calendar to the Contact, when you click on the Work Order, it takes you to a preview of the Work Order, but I want it to also have a link available to go to the Contact to make a more seemless use of the Mobile App calendar.

I would like to be able to give my team members permissions to be able to view each other's calendars and tasks without their being able to see each other's jobs and contacts.

Add date and time to daily task email
Every morning I get an email with a list of my tasks to do but none of them have a date or time associated with them. They simply say due today or overdue.. It can't be that hard to add a date and time for these tasks that are/were all on my calendar. Without that I have to physically go into my calendar to see when they were due.

Sort Tasks newest to oldest
I do not need to see what I have accomplished I need to see new tasks as they come in, sorting tasks newest to oldest would be a great help.

Confirmation and Notification for appointments being moved on calendar - Undo Option
If an appointment on the calendar gets moved, either accidentally or on purpose, there is no notification for it. So especially if it is accidental nobody knows that it was moved/changed. This happens A LOT.

Work orders need to be Appointments on the calendar!!!!! That is the only way to sync with Goggle calendar.

Provide the option to colour code tasks
I run the business myself and when looking at my overall week it would be invaluable to be able to differentiate between tasks via colour. At the moment you only provide the function to colour code team members but like I said I am self employed and carry out all duties myself. Having a clear image of how my time is being spent would ensure I know I have made time for essential tasks... a small icon just isn't enough.

Show Subtasks underneath Tasks in lists
I think this would really simplify listings and reports. It would also make it easier in the calendar display to show subtasks listed under their parent tasks. For example:
System construction (Task)
task1 (subtask)
task2 (subtask)

Weather Conditions on Calendar and Events
I wish JN's calendar showed the weather forecast for the city that the jobs are scheduled in.

Monthly Calendar View - present week at top
It drives me crazy that I have to scroll down to get to the current week in my calendar rather than having the present week at the top of the page. I like to look at the calendar in the monthly view but I want this week to be the top week rather than the first week of the month.

better calendar separation between employees
we schedule many reps and the color difference is good but I wish each color could be to a certain side instead of being intermixed. Makes difficult to see who's available quickly compared to our previous calendar.

Work Orders on the Calendar Should Fade After Completion Like Tasks Do
When a Task is completed, it becomes slightly faded out on the calendar to more easily differentiate between completed tasks and incomplete tasks. This would be a great feature to add to Work Orders. They would look normal until they were marked as "Complete" at which point they would fade slightly but keep their place on the calendar.
