Email Integration Chrome/Gmail/Outlook - Email from Own Domain

Email integration through an extension in Chrome/Gmail to allow emails to easily be attached to a contact by searching for the contact by name through means of a drop down menu button within the external email browser.

This would eliminate the need to forward emails by means of subject line editing and forwarding to the JN email. Our customer have expressed that are confused as to who the email is coming from when a few of our personnel are replying through JN--as these replies us the same JN email, not our individual email addresses.

    With all these comments, it's crazy we're still without a solution here. JobNimbus email is not conducive to the daily demands of a business.

    Things to integrate very well for us when we use the jobnimbus email. If it was from out own domain it would be exceptionally better

    I should not have to instruct potential customers who are receiving initial estimates to "whitelist" the domain. That's a great way to ensure I lose the sale to another contractor that doesn't require the customer to jump through hoops to receive their estimate.

    Additionally, if my customer responds to a sent estimate with a question I feel like I should be able to respond to that email from Gmail, etc... and have it delivered to the customer instead of sent into the void.

    Every email we send from within JobNimbus goes to the Spam or "Promotions" inbox. It seems like too much to ask for all of our customers to whitelist your domain. I don't mean to sound crabby, but as the owner of small roofing business we subscribed to jobnimbus to make our lives easier; a lot of the platform has been extremely disappointing including this. All we are trying to send are estimates and invoices (single pages mostly). This seems like yet another portion of the platform will will not use as it has made our day to day operations more difficult. We will have to just download those documents as PDFs and email from our business email that isn't assoicated with jobnimbus.

    I agree. It is so frustrating to have an email notification go into my company inbox, and then have to go find the contact to reply to the email. I want to be able to reply directly from my company email.

    This is a real issue here! One of the many email issues that are keeping me from transitioning my business to JobNimbus from Google 100%. My company is ran by emails. It is the main source of communication for MANY companies, yet JobNimbus fails to recognize its importance. Having a cc option, being able to reply with a signature in between emails by default when replying, the return email address being @jobnimbusmail or whatever it is...

    Be able to send email replies to customers within my personal email inbox. It's a huge inconvenience to have to open JobNimbus each time to reply to emails. They're times when the JobNimbus server does not work as well.

    Create an emailing system that would be able to combine the email notifications in one email so we can go to one place to see the entirety, rather than getting separate emails notifying you of a response via email.

    The ability to change the outgoing email from the @jobnimbusmail.com email to their company email.
