Problem with links
When copying and pasting a hyperlink as a Note, it almost never works when you have more text before or after the link. The system detects the beginning and end of the hyperlink incorrectly and forces you to manually copy and paste it in order to open it.

Text and Call automatically logged into Jobnimbus.
Have an option for all calls and text go through jobnimbus. So all text and text responds automatically attach to there file by phone number. Whenever in coming or out going call the note screen pops up to remind you to make a note. That would save time because everyone forgets to open Jobnimbus on there phone. This would improve effecieny.

the ability to text customers and texting templates.
We would really love to give our customers quick updates and reminders to their mobile phones through a text message. It would also be great if we could create these texting templates like we would for a document or an email, and have fields that can auto-poplulate with contact field information.

E-Signature through email natively through JobNimbus
This is our single most requested (and pain point!) item from a technical standpoint. It's 2019, virtually every CRM platform has the ability to offer E-Signatures through their platform to sign estimates.
Having to ask clients to print and scan or take a picture of their signed estimate is terrible and bogs down the process. Not to mention comes across as unprofessional and behind the times in this day and age.

track all texts from clients automatically
I would love to be able to have all of my incoming texts from clients automatically logged to their file on JobNimbus. For my job, we are required to keep track of all communication with customers. The only way to track our text conversations are to screenshot the conversation and upload the picture to the CRM.

send text via website
it would be great to be able to send a text from the website just like you can from the app. being that it is an option in the drop down list its odd that its not actually an option.

Thread or conversation feature on Job/Contact activity section
Feature to reply to a comment posted in the activity center. When lots of ppl are working on a job or contact the activity section gets congested. Being able to have a single thread that you can reply to would help organize the activity section.

Text Message (SMS) Notifications
Many other CRMs and Project Mgmt software have the ability to choose SMS text messages as a form of delivery. This allows those in the field to get the message instantly without having to log into the mobile app or their email.
41 votesUpdate: Mobile 2.0 allows you to send text messages on a job or contact and captures those messages inside JobNimbus as a note. This can help to achieve similar results, though not automated just yet.
You can turn on Push Notifications to get notifications sent right to your smartphone or tablet. It’s better than email for some team members and better than texts since it can go to every device regardless of the SIM card (or lack thereof).
