Masking Personal Numbers When Calling Through JobNimbus
Calling customers through JobNimbus: mask personal phone numbers when calling customers and having the ability to use our Business Phone number in place of the personal phone numbers

Please revisit this feature. Our field team do not like that they essentially feel obligated to answers calls on their off time. It would be nice for our office team be able to support our field team.

Yes -- Each rep has their own number through Ring Central and right now and they want to be able to use Job Nimbus mobile so that they can easily create notes for the call, but when they do call they are risking their personal numbers going out. We need to be able to mask the number so that the customer can call the proper line back.
In addition, being able to copy the phone number (instead of just dialing) and paste it using an external call system like Dialpad, Google, etc would be important, critical for our company.
