Forward phone calls to the Assigned person's number
Right now, phone calls can only forward to a single number. I'd love to have the option for phone calls to be forwarded to the current user assigned to the conversation.
Our goal with engage was to consolidate all communications with customers to one place. However, passing all call-backs straight to the office at all times has been frustrating for our sales representatives in trying to close a deal. If I could choose to forward calls to the assigned user, this would really help to streamline communications.

Agreed. This, along with outbound calling from our Engage number, would allow for truly consolidated communications.

It would be a lot more convenient, simple, and efficient for sales teams to have this option!!
