Email Notification Changes
I would like to make a suggestion regarding the way customer emails come in from Job Nimbus. It is far too easy to get the notification of a job nimbus email and by the time you scroll to the bottom, it's not obvious that it's a job nimbus notification and if you're even a tiny bit distracted or busy it's very easy to accidentally reply from your email, which ends up looking like you've responded to the customer but in actuality you've just emailed job nimbus, and it's only apparent when you click on the view thread button in the activity log and look at the To: section. I would like to suggest adding something at the bottom of each job nimbus email notification that in bold red lettering or something along those lines it reminds people to "REPLY IN JOB NIMBUS" I've attached a screen shot of an email notification to demonstrate how it can be hard to see that it's a nimbus email when you get down to the bottom of the thread and where that reply in nimbus note would be helpful.
