Templates for Each Note Option
We need the ability to add a full template to each note option. For example, when you select from the drop down, we would have an option for "NEW LEAD" and then in the note section a template would populate to fill out with an outline of what information needs to be taken and questions to ask.

Often we write same notes, or very similar, in each job. There should be an option for "Templates", similar to the templates when sending an email.
For example: Job is complete. Ready for invoice and Final Inspection.
