Add activity when call is placed from RingCentral on Desktop

Please carry over the feature within the Mobile App to the Desktop version of JN that automatically leaves a timestamp of the call with an option of leaving a note.

    Very Important to me! This will cust down on duplicate calls and overall errors.

    It works on the mobile app, it needs to be similar on the desktop and laptop applications as well.
