Customize Email Notification Subject for NSE Estimates

Change the email header subject for documents coming from NSE so that they don't all say a quote was sent to the customer, but be able to specify what type of document is being sent.

    The logo does not want the address line to come in but the ability to customize the subject title when sending an estimate to the customer.
