Pinned note that stays at the top of the "Activity" section for the sole purpose of a important message for everyone to be aware of that note and avoid additional calls, text or emails from multiple people

This is an absolute must! Sometimes we have important notes pertaining to an account or project and I need that note to be seen by everyone that may have access. Currently I'm adding random characters before the note to draw attention. Being able to pin a note and/or flag it would be a game changer!

oh yes this! When I create a job, I have a series of questions that I ask that are important and must be referenced often. I would like to be able to keep this first note at the top so pinning would be ideal!
