Custom Email Signatures in JobNimbus
I’d like to suggest adding the ability for users to create custom email signatures that are automatically included whenever emails are sent through JobNimbus.
Currently, all outgoing emails are sent from jobnimbusmail.com without any signature or personalization. This often causes customers to mistake the messages for spam since they lack identifying information. The lack of customization also prevents us from reinforcing our company branding and professionalism.
Proposed solution:
Allow each user (or account) to set up a customizable email signature with name, title, company, contact info, and logo.
Option to apply signatures automatically to all outgoing emails sent via JobNimbus.
This feature would significantly improve customer trust, reduce the chance of emails being mistaken for spam, and strengthen brand consistency across communications.

The work around I found for this is to create standard templates for emails. I put our logo and contact information in the top and create a signature at the bottom that inputs the assigned Project Manager's name or a generic signature with "Production Team" or just our company name. I just label the templates "Rep Sig" or "Gen Sig". I apply the templates to every email that goes out and so far its worked. It would be GREAT to have this built in, but until it is, this seems to work for us.
