automation replies go to unassigned
I know this is overlapping some things posted here already, but if an email/test is sent out via automation, if the sales rep hasn't already used the messaging feature to start communicating, the reply is sent to 'unassigned.' I'm told the only way to have this work properly is to rebuild all automations for each individual user, which is ridiculous. Having the replies be sent to the assigned sales rep would be really nice, so that they don't have to dig around in unassigned to try and find any responses to automations for their jobs.

Agreed. When automated emails go out and a customer responds, the assigned sales rep sees the email and can respond. I'm not sure why it isn't the same with texts. With new leads, every minute counts, so if they respond to a text, the sales person assigned should absolutely be notified.
