Automatically Create Invoice from Signed Estimate or Job Status Change
I would like the ability to have an estimate automatically convert to an invoice once it has been fully signed or have an invoice created once the job changes status (example: to "Estimate Signed").

I would love if there was a feature to Auto Create Invoice when Job is Fully Signed. I don't want it sent out but i would love if it were created. That way any deposits that are paid immediately would be applied to it.

Currently, when a client signs a contract, JobNimbus automatically sends them an invoice link to make a payment — which is great. However, the system does not actually create an invoice or convert the signed contract into one. That step still has to be done manually, followed by applying the payment that was already made to the newly created invoice. This leaves too much room for oversight and unnecessary extra steps.
Ideally, the system should:
Automatically convert a signed contract into an invoice.
Automatically apply any corresponding payment (like a deposit) to that invoice.Having this process handled behind the scenes would streamline billing, reduce administrative tasks, and ensure accurate records without delay. Even having this as a toggleable automation option would be a big improvement.

Customer notes that it would be hugely beneficial if when the line item sync is enabled between SQ & JN, that when a signed quote is received into JobNimbus, that an invoice be automatically created
