  1. Make Crew Pay and Job Costing Easier?

    Almost all of the financial features (invoice, credit memos, etc.) have ability to save templates with pricing. However, work orders do not include a price component. We want to be able to save a template for each of crews at their different rates. This would allow us to create a work order, load a template for that specific crew at their specific rates when we send the work order. This would cut down on confusion over crew pay and would result in faster crew pay.

  2. Auomatically Include Work Oders, Material Orders, Paymets in Budgets

    I would like to be able to automatically push work orders, material orders, payments, etc into the budgets so it's not being input twice.

  3. Budget Categories

    Within a singular budget, there should be more categorical breakdowns in addition to Labor.
    For example -- material category, labor category, overhead category. That way I can run an accurate report on Commissions paid/ unpaid, labor paid/unpaid, material purchased.

  4. Add New Price Column Budget

    I want to be able to add an additional % to an amount over standard pricing. So directly under "Price" would be "Above Standard Pricing". Is that possible?

  5. Accounts Payable Integration with Quickbooks

    Need ability to view subcontractors setup in Quickbooks in JobNimbus and subcontractors added to JobNimbus synched to Quickbooks. Further, I would like the ability to enter Account Payable entries on each job that would sync to Quickbooks as a bill due instead of adding budget items in JN and then separately adding bills in Quickbooks. This would make calculating commissions and job costs significantly easier and reduce duplication. See Acculynx and JobProgress for examples. It is one of the biggest holes in JobNimbus.

  8. Add a template to the budget area

    It would be very helpful to be able to create and use templates for the budget area. For example, using different types of jobs like a residential shingle or commercial job, roof coating job, etc.

  11. Budget Payout Date Change

    Coming from a business that has been operating and signed up with JobNimbus later on in the year, the budgets are being implemented to see what our profit to loss ratio is looking like as well as the evaluate expenses. When building these budgets the Sales Reps that have already been paid their commission on the job are getting confused because the "Mark Paid" button does not have an option to change the payout date. Especially if you are paying out 20-30 people as I do on Fridays, I would like to be able to back date for future date…

  12. Expense entry

    However I don’t see where you can do simple expense entry per job. Often there are additional one off expenses associated with jobs.

    We primarily do simple residential roofs so it’s not efficient or necessary for us to build out a budget on every project. We just want a way to enter final revenue and expenses during and after a job is complete to track profitability.

    Just a simple revenue expense / profit feature. Is that possible with system? Too cumbersome for our team to get overly complicated with data entry based on quantity of projects we do.

  14. More detailed Budgets

    We would like to adjust our budget columns to allow more detailed data for us to see reporting per job.

    We'd like them to be set up similar to Crystal Reports where we can have multiple lines for each trade, so "roofing" would have 2 columns, one for what we are charging, and one for our cost. Then "gutters" has the same 2 lines, o ne for what we charge, and one for our cost.
    Then we'd like totals for both columns, to see our total cost and total charge so we can track more in depth what our profit…

  15. Be able to record commission overrides

    Setup budget feature to track override commissions. There should be a separate configuration in the system for sales managers to designate an override amount so whenever anyone from their team gets a deal, they get a percentage.

  16. Sort Option for EVERY Section

    Every section of JobNimbus should have the ability to sort by status. We run into this issue a lot where we're working with a customer (ex. a major builder account) with many jobs. To have the ability to look under Financials and sort by "Open" or "Sent" invoices would save a ton of time. But the same thing is true for estimates, work orders, etc. Sort by status.

  17. Budget automation

    Can the budget section be automated. Where it takes the totals of the estimate/invoice, commissions, work orders and material orders automatically. SO when ever you add a new work order or material order it updates the budget totals.....?

  18. Add a Project location column mainly for Budgets

    We have property management companies, some with up to at least 50+ properties. I can't tell which budget goes with what project/property without opening each one up! Please add a column, like the Internal Notes maybe, where we can at least put each address of each project!!! Thank you.
