Example:
Send out a report with all jobs in a certain status to the operations team daily
Send out a report with all scheduled jobs for a specific sales rep weeklyetc.
Could be done with any report and any time interval

We want to officially support Change Orders soon, but in the meantime most JobNimbus customers are using Work Orders to manage this work.
As for folders, you can vote for that specific feature here: http://jobnimbus.uservoice.com/forums/136212-general/suggestions/6066331-folders-for-attachments
Alternatively, you can use File Types to act as “folders” for your attachments. You can manage your file types by going to Settings > File Types and setting different ones, essentially what would be “Folders”, and then you can use those “folder” names (or file types) to filter your Attachments list based on those “folders”. It actually works pretty well if you have it set up right.

Lots of ongoing work around new sales experience, a sidebar for job/contact details, board improvements, and more.
An error occurred while saving the comment I would love to be able to have a text box at the top of the job where we can easily write the most up-to-date notes, info, etc. for the job. That way we don't have to scroll through a feed of activity.

We love this idea.
With the custom terms on invoices - Please consider allowing us to put in custom amounts instead of percentages.
For instance we always collect the deduct separate when we do insurance jobs. It would be helpful to be able to have a custom payment due for the deductible amount.
