Set expiration date for estimates
We want to be able to set estimates to expire after a certain time frame.

Invoices Reflecting Overpayment
Invoice amount is for $200-, customer over pays say $225- it just marks the invoice paid, it shows the credit down below in the invoice payment section. We'd like the invoice to show a negative number until we enter a credit memo to reflect us reimbursing the customer or accepting the over payment for transparency sake.

Custom Totals in estimates
Currently entering in line items and prices it adds up a total on the lower right. At times, we may not want to add prices to line items and just input a custom grand total. It would be nice to not have to input prices in the line items, or sections totals, and just be able to type a grand total into the sub total and total at the bottom of the estimate.

Section total at the bottom of the section
Currently when we put a new section on the estimate it shows the total for that section at the top. I would like the option to show the section total at the bottom of the section.

Turn two estimates into one invoice
It would be great if we could turn two estimates into one invoice just like we can do in QuickBooks.

Add/ Change an Invoice status name
Would like to be able to change the preset invoices status. I would like it to say PAID instead of closed or even be able to add it as a status.

Section Totals showing internally
We are struggling with some of the features and how it is presenting totals. For example, we have an estimate that has roofing and siding, we can get grand totals of the sections, and grand total of the estimate with labor and material split out, but we are not able to get a quick sum of cost by section, essentially wanting a quick look at what is the material + labor cost for the roofing versus the siding.

Be able to have a color in section titles in estimates
It would make the estimate easier to read if we could color in the sections rather than just a gray color and would help just make them stand out to indicate its a section.

Ability to lock estimate pricing
Have the ability to lock certain estimates templates so that the prices cannot be changed. This would ensure salesmen do not have ability to change the price. Also, provide the ability to be able to assign estimates templates to certain reps.

Customer can choose options before signing online
It would be very nice for a customer to be able to select options on an estimate online which would change the price to include the chosen options, and then be able to sign the estimate.

Estimate Status change from draft to sent; then sent to approved automatically.
The system will not automatically change to sent if you request a signer, and it will not automatically change to approved once the signature status is fully signed.

Create duplicate estimates for insurance purposes
When I create an estimate for insurance, I write an estimate and give it to the customer with only the total. But when I submit it to insurance they need to see the amounts of each line item. It would be nice to be able to create both the customer-facing and insurance-facing estimates at the same time, rather than needing to edit the original and give it a new template.

Able to Add Total Labor and Total Materials as Invoice Report Column Option
Include the total labor cost and total material cost in an invoice report as a column option. When I run a weekly or monthly invoice report, I can see the total invoice price and the total costs as line items, but really need to see the total material and total labor breakdown also. It shows on the invoice -- just want to add it as a column option, exactly like Total, Total Cost, Total Paid, Balance, etc options

Add logos of credit card companies to Invoice templates
Ability to insert photos into invoice templates such as "Amex" or "Visa" so customers know we accept these types of credit card payments

Be able to invoice from individual line items in an estimate.

Ability to edit split payment dates after the first payment is recorded.
We need to be able to edit the payment dates on an invoice with split payments after the first payment has been recorded. Right now, once a payment has been applied you can't edit the other payment dates.

Ability to "click to call" main contact from the job screen
We do quite a bit of work for property management companies. We have the contact information for the property manager in the contact, but when we enter individual jobs we enter the tenant contact information, there is no ability to "click to call" the tenant's phone number, so we end up having to manually enter the phone numbers.

Hide amounts or not to hide amounts, or items
I want to be able to hide or not hide items individually within a section.
i.e.
I am bidding to add lighting in a horse barn/arena. I don't want them getting lost in the involved items but I want them to see I am charging them for 14 fixtures and then I would also be able to have the direct attached image instead of adding an image attachment separately.

Section Descriptions
I would like to be able to add a section then have a place to describe the section if I wanted. Currently I add a line at the top of my estimates/Invoices and describe everything I am mentioning, but often that gets long.
"Section" (Hide line item amounts) (description, like a product) "This section is to add such and such"
