Show Revenue as Pre-Tax in Profit Tracker

Revenue in profit tracker is showed with sales tax included. Revenue should show the pre-tax amount, or at least give us the option to remove the sales tax from revenue.

    Profit Tracker is completely useless with sales tax included. Tax is never revenue, it's a liability. All my numbers are wrong by 6.625%

    This throws off costs, profits and the margins. Kind of defeats the purpose as it makes all of these irrelevant.
