💠 Allow for customization of what is displayed on the body of cards based on the List that it's currently under (today all cards on a Board have the same displayed information across entire Board).
💠 Re-size the board display on web so there isn't two vertical scroll bars. Difficult to scroll left and right due to not being able to see horizontal scroll bar without scrolling page vertical bar.
💠 Enable cards to be right-clicked and opened in a new tab, so users can quickly interact with a job/contact without leaving the Board.

Correct Estimate Total
On the boards section and insights, we use SumoQuote for our quoting software, which pulls into Nimbus. I would like to see that estimated total be used, not just approved estimates.

When creating an estimate being able to send an email with the estimate without needing a signature and auto populate to documents tab
Two Ideas for Estimates
1. Being able to send an estimate via email without needing a signature and just the viewing pleasure
2. Having the estimates auto populate into the "Documents" tab of a customer when finished filling out3 votes -
Import estimates into sumoquote
It would be great to be able to import Legacy estimates into the SumoQuote format. Currently you can do that with the "Proposals".
This would give greater flexibility to the SumoQuote functionality and would serve as a way to also capture the costs (labor, materials, markup, and margin) associated with that SumoQuote. Currently we have to create the estimate in 2 different places in order to get that information.
The SumoQuote function is fantastic...just needs some tweaks. This one is a pretty big functionality though.
(Will put this separately, but we need to be able to convert a SumoQuote to…

UNDER THE NEW CREATE ESTIMATE
I was messing around with this NEW feature - and I do not like the fact that you cannot go back in and edit after someone "signs" it. We have a TON of customers that change/update/add/delete items after they have already signed. This needs to be made so that you can still go back and make changes and have it resigned if needed.

Formatting Options in New Sales Experience
Add ability to format phone numbers and email addresses in the new sales experience. Right now, the email address cannot be capitalized and the phone number does not include any dashes, which is hard to read.

Warning Messages
Is there a way to initiate a prompt response on some of the New Sales Experience issues we are having with us. I’ve sent at least 33 emails on this issue and have yet to hear back from anyone. I do understand it. This is it that is in in other stages so there will be complications and stuff like that but an update as far as like what to expect and potentially warning messages templates made disappear or these features made get locked up for certain appear time would be beneficial and help us better plan around how to…

different measurements per job
I would like to be able to put different measurements for different material types on 1 estimate. I have several jobs that have several scopes of work just on the roof. For example, I have a job that has shingles, standing seam, and TPO on the same house. The problem is, they are different sizes, so I have to manually input my material and labor cost quantities at the moment. Would like to be able to separate the measurements by the type of product being used if at all possible.

Show Full Estimate on Proposal
When we upload an estimate into Job Nimbus under proposal, it say "show more" and minimizes the estimate. We would like it to always show all of the estimate under proposals.

Be able to set specific time periods for when the proposal link expires
It would be nice to be able to set a time frame for when the proposal link expires.

Separating material, labor and markup costs and prices per section option.
We typically send pricing for multiple scopes of work and when a job is completed and we're getting ready to pay our subcontractors we like to reference the initial estimate to see what we priced for true labor cost and we need to see it per section but right now the labor and material costs are for the entire estimate. An option to see the costs broken out per sections would be helpful.

Optional sections
The software we're transitioning from is a lot more basic than JobNimbus, but it already has this so it's disappointing that JobNimbus doesn't. Basically, have the customer be able to select what sections of the estimate they would like and this would determine their total estimate price (for good better best estimates for example or multi-trade estimates). Just have a checkbox for them to select by each section. This could easily allow upselling and cross selling without making the estimate a mess that then later has to be commented on by the customer, edited, and resent.
