Bigger images on the Job level
Having these images easier to see, it would be awesome. Also any images added to that section should be listed within the job under photos automatically. Right now we have to upload to both locations.

Separate photos from Documents in Access Profiles
I would like to be able to allow access to see photos, but not documents. For example, if I want someone to be able to see photos of a project, but not be able to see insurance estimates, product invoices, or contracts.
Photos really are separate, and have different levels of sensitivity than actual documents.

Change Photo Resolution/Size Options
When adding photos to Work Orders or Estimates, we are limited to one image size. Sometimes it would be helpful to be able to have a better/larger image to support the documentation on the project. Would it be possible to allow for a selection of small, medium or large photo sizes to attach to our work orders and estiamtes?

moving multiple photos
I'd like to be able to move multiple photos from one contact/job to another. This would be helpful in cases where there are 40-50 pictures taken in the wrong contact/job. otherwise I have to pull them from the contact/job drag and drop them to the desk top then enter them to the correct contact/job. Most times they show up so small that you can't see them or they are javascript. Same for pulling pictures to email they are super small.

Document ID attached to all pages of signed document
Would like to see the Document ID attached to all included pages generated, including the Signature page.

Attach Videos to Email Templates
The ability to embed a video in an email template so that when a contact is moved to a specific status, we can create an automation to send the customer an email with a video attached (i.e. more personal thank-you)

Allow for eSign by customers
SImply allow a customer to eSign a document (e.g. estimate) without my having to travel back to their location so they can do it on my device. Customers want to think it over, discuss with their spouse, etc.

Doc preview when attaching to email
Would like to have the ability preview a document when selecting to attached to an email sent directly from the Contact. Specifically and Estimate. The thumbnail is too small. I realize each estimate has its own number, but when we update or resend we don't always remember the number of a specific estimate when there are multiple.

Photo arrangement in documents
When using the photos attachment option in templates you can not chose the order in which the photos will appear on the page it is random. I would like the ability to pick and choose which the ordering of photos when attaching them.

User has requested the option for importing existing word documents into Document Templates for the purpose of preserving font, layout, images, etc.

Ability for customer to select options on estimate online and sign online
We would like to be able to send an estimate for online signature to our customers, giving them the ability to choose which options they'd like to include in the total price before signing. We usually send an estimate with at least a couple of options/upgrades. Currently, they have to tell us which options they'd like to include, we rework the estimate, and then send it to them again to sign.

Edit pictures
We need the ability to edit pictures within JN. It would be nice to be able to add text, circle things, point to things, draw on it, etc. We could then send those to the crew, repair man, customer, etc.

Organize documents into sub-categories
I want to be able to organize the Documents on Jobs into sub-categories instead of just having everything listed by date and time.

Update template fonts to match standard font sizes
Currently, the font sizes in templates do not match standard font sizes. This can cause issues with laws for estimates/contracts needing to be a specific size to be legally binding.
