Add document attachments to Work Orders
Images are nice to add to line items in job nimbus, but often we need our guys to have access to the documents. Instead of filtering through the many documents on a job, we'd like to attach relevant documents to a work order.

Rearrange Proposals
I would like to be able to rearrange the proposals. I’d like to have a PDF with an intro letter as the 2nd page of the proposal.

Color Names on Text Color Picker in Templates
I would like to be able to edit the colors in email templates easier. It's difficult to edit the colors via the HTML, but I struggle to distinguish between what is blue and what is purple on the text color picker. It would be helpful if the colors had a name when hovering over them so I could tell what they are.

Company Documents- Videos and/or powerpoint uploads
Hello, I would like to be able to upload a powerpoint presentation for our sales guys to use and show clients. To keep everything in Job Nimbus we use.

Ability to type a custom number for the estimate total
To be able to type the number you're trying to get to and it automatically adjust the margins to the appropriate percentage.

Hide Templates
I would like to be able to 'hide' templates so that they do not show up as an option when creating a doc/estimate/etc. I don't want to delete them in case I decide to start using them again in the future, but I don't want a bunch in the drop-down menu that i'm not currently using.

A better document/template builder
Every time I want to take a word file or excel file we have of one of our company documents and copy and paste it into the document template creator it messes up the layout so much its unusable. Template builder/editor is one of the hardest and most unfriendly feature in JN. The editor is so boxy and clunky its not user friendly or customizable. We would love to import more of our documents into JN and add template fields to auto populate info when created but can not do that effectively with the current design.. Also font selections and…

Optimize Photo Report
Optimize photo reports when converting to PDF. Many times if the photos are too large the PDF simply won't generate, or will generate an extremely large file that I have to manually optimize to reduce the file size.

Document Template of Excel File
I would like to be able to copy an excel file into a custom document and have it format correctly.

Limit team members' ability to view email threads/attachments
Create an accessibility setting for specific team members/groups' access profiles to limit their ability to view email activity from other users and also limit ability to download/view attachments in the emails. It kind of defeats the purpose of limiting team members to be able to view documents such as estimates and invoices when they have full visibility of email activity in which they can just download the attached file and view it.

Purchase Order #'s
In the invoice template, there needs to be a hard coding to add a PO# or Reference # on the top next to the Invoice #. The alternative is typing out the PO# in the customer notes, however this is not widely excepted with our corporate clients and leads to documents being rejected.
