Legacy Material Order
Why did we have to change the material order?? What is the purpose behind the new format? I can't add a photo on the new one and I used that feature all the time! Also why do the line items and sections have to be so big, I used to be able to see the whole order on the screen at once and now every line item takes up 1/3 of the computer screen...why???

Water damage mitigation package
We run a water damage mitigation company, and used job nimbus for years, we love it! Rename Documents inside of JobNimbus
Currently the only workaround I have found is to download the doc, rename, and then upload the new doc. I delete the obsolete version.
It would increase efficiency to be able to rename the document directly in the JobNimbus tool.

add a video onto the estimates/ Inspection report
Would be nice to have the ability to upload videos and attach them to the proposals/estimates for those of us that perform video reports.

Header on Estimates
When creating estimates/proposals it would be nice to have our logo, contact info, etc. on each page as a header. This comes as some clients have expressed the request of not sending the cover page as it is just extra pages in the document.

multiple choice in FORMS
THE MULTIPLE CHOICE IN FORMS DOES NOT GIVE YOU MULTIPLE CHOICES. It acts as a radio button and gives you one choice. Please fix this broken part of forms

Disable "Related" Check Box on mobile App
Being able to open a Job in the app and only see the important Info for that Job is critical. This functionality exists on the desktop version but is missing from the app.
Currently, the activity Log combines Contact-related items in the Jobs without a way to shut it off. Since on Contact can have multiple Jobs over the years, It becomes cluttered and confusing. Auto-Save Email Attachments to Customer Files
I’d like to suggest a feature where all email attachments automatically save into the corresponding customer file in JobNimbus. Attachments could be sorted by type:
Images (JPG, PNG, etc.) → saved under the Photos/Images section
Documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.) → saved under the Documents section
Why This Matters
Right now, saving attachments is a manual process and can be time-consuming. With AccuLynx, this feature was built-in and it saved us countless hours because everything was automatically organized and stored in the right place. Ability to Delete Products and Services
The products and services list is completely cluttered with duplicates of products and services that are hidden but then we have to name the new one something different because it already exists.

Tracking proposals I send out for project managers
Hello! I send out proposals/agreements for our project managers and would love to be able to follow the progression of them being signed or not. How do I look up sent proposals/agreements I send out under the different PM's? Also, are we able to see if the client has even looked at the proposal yet?

Add Notes/Annotate Photos in Forms
We have a specific process when we are at a customer site to take pictures of all areas of the home we may work on and add notes and measurements. Adding the ability to add notes and annotations directly after taking a picture in the forms would allow us to remove another application that we only use for this purpose.

Move Edited Photos to Most Recent
When editing photos in the app, would be more efficient if those that are most recently marked up or edited were sent to the top of the photos, or where you could put them in a folder for other team members on the job to see.

AI checklist builder. You speak the checklist and an AI bot turns your recording into a checklist for the job. Company cam already has this feature so if theres a way to integrate the checklist from company cam that works. Or you should build this feature into Job Nimbus

Forms - Have another dropdown field inside of each line item that could be be a custom field fot Quantity, or any information

Fill out Forms from desktop
We should be able to fill out forms from the desktop. It's nice to stay on desktop when working in the office and not have to go to my phone to fill out a form
