Allow for eSign by customers
SImply allow a customer to eSign a document (e.g. estimate) without my having to travel back to their location so they can do it on my device. Customers want to think it over, discuss with their spouse, etc.

Have the ability to create Google-style documents and spreadsheets that can constantly be updated to track work in progress for all jobs.

Organize attachments in order

Exclude Attachment Categories when in Documents tab
Would like to have the option to hide particular Attachment categories in order to hide duplicate Documents that may appear as they are showing after reply emails still contain original attachments.

Pagination to Count All Document Pages
the ability to adjust the page sequence that shows up on documents that include an {{estimate}} short code; currently, the pagination only accounts for the number of pages in the estimate, which is very confusing to recipients who have a 5 page document (for example) but are only shown pages 1/3, 2/3, etc. in the middle of the document itself, rather than 1/5, 2/5, 3/5 on all pages.

Printing documents containing extensive text in table cell to begin appear on first page
When creating an estimate, or any financial document with tables, inputting an extensive amount of text in one cell will cause everything to appear on the second page and leave the first page blank.
The request is to be able to have that information appear on the first page, regardless of how much text is in one cell (ie. descriptions).

Hide or Void function in Attachments for Users who you don't want to have Delete Access
We don't want to assign Delete Access to everyone, but our Sales Reps often upload their Excel takeoff as an Attachment to the Job. If that takeoff is reworked - a new Attachment is uploaded, but we don't want confusion between the two. It would be great if the original Attachment could be VOID or Marked Out in someway without being permanently deleted.

Multiple Signatures
Some of our documents require more than one signature. As a work around we have created duplicate documents with alterations. Is it possible to have more than 1 signature on a document? Is it also possible to have a sales rep signature line added?

Anytime I pull up Eagleview and it's a 2D report, the links to plug in the pitch do not work.
Let me plug in pitch report data in case I'm not at the office. I should be able to do this on the side of the road or at the very least my place.

Document Name
We have quite a few documents we use. For instance, we have a "Voicemail Recap and Call Back Request" and a "Carrier Call Recap" we fill out when we communicate w carriers. Our typical workflow is generate document, go to the documents tab, change the type of document to "Voicemail Recap and Call Back Request" or "Carrier Call Recap". This will make it easier when looking for the document to attach to an email. In the template section we should be able to designate the document type when its generated by default. For instance create a "Voicemail Recap and Call…

Would like to see an arrow for easy navigation of uploaded documents; similar to the photos.

PDF Editor
I would love to have a built-in PDF editor so we can pull up our company documents and edit them within JobNimbus, then save a copy to the contact. We have explored NaturalForms and it doesn't fit exactly what we need. Maybe an integration with DocHub or something similar would work? Currently our guys are downloading the documents, filling them out then uploading the new copy to the appropriate contact, which is inefficient.

Allow more document types to be loaded into Documents
Currently unable to upload gdocs into Jobnimbus. The work around of converting into PDF or office takes too long. It would be great if we could load .gdocs into the documents tab.

Ability to move documents between contacts and jobs
Super annoying that if we accidently create an estimate in contacts instead of jobs that we can't simply just go to the estimate, edit it, and re-label the estimate for the job instead. This also goes for pictures, etc.

MOBILE APP ADD ATTACHMENTS
ADD ATTACHMENTS FROM MOBILE APP: We can add attachments in desktop, but on mobile we can't add an attachment to a contact in documents. We work mostly from our mobile devices and we need to be able to add attachments to a contact from our phones

Restore/Undelete uploaded documents/files that were deleted
I need a way to see which uploaded documents were deleted and to be able to restore them if needed.
