Have a document folder just for Field techs
We would like to be able to split off documents that Field Techs utilize vs. Job Documents (that may have confidential cost data, pricing, etc..).

Multiple Different Signatures on 1 document
We have a contract that has multiple signature boxes and also witness boxes but at the end of the document it is only 1 signature for all signatures that is built into our contract and its electronic. I need the customer and the witness to sign each individual signature box with their signature NOT AN E SIGNATURE! It is very important when getting a legal binding contract signed that the customer sign with their signature so the cannot deny signing the contract.

Images are nice to add to line items in job nimbus, but often we need our guys to have access to the documents. Instead of filtering through the many documents on a job, we'd like to attach relevant documents to a work order.

Limit team members' ability to view email threads/attachments
Create an accessibility setting for specific team members/groups' access profiles to limit their ability to view email activity from other users and also limit ability to download/view attachments in the emails. It kind of defeats the purpose of limiting team members to be able to view documents such as estimates and invoices when they have full visibility of email activity in which they can just download the attached file and view it.

Estimate Line Item Custom Fields in a Document
Can we add a custom field for adding line items within a document? I don't want to include the entire estimate, but I want to be able to type in line items with a description and a price, just like we would if we were creating an estimate. I want these fields to populate when creating the document so we can type in the description and price and have it look presentable to the customer. I am currently manually doing this, and the spacing doesn't look great and its time consuming to try to align everything.

File size issues
The file size restrictions of 100mb are very inconvenient when you have a large set of architectural drawings to upload. I have sets of drawings that i am breaking up by subsection already (arch, struct, elect, plumbing) that are STILL too large to upload at the 100mb. Even zipping the file is not helping. Some of the drawings sets are hundreds of pages and to have to break them out into separate documents is cumbersome and will be confusing when looking for something in the documents tab (especially that there is no sub-files to separate them into).

EDIT DOCUMENT TITLE
USERS (AT A CERTAIN PERMISSION SET) NEED TO BE ABLE TO EDIT DOCUMENT FILE NAMES. FOR EXAMPLE, A SALES REP UPLOADS A COPY OF A CHECK PAYMENT WITH THE WRONG INFO AND OUR BOOKKEEPER NEEDS TO AMEND THE FILE NAME WITH THE CORRECT CHECK NUMBER, AMOUNT, ETC.
I'M NOT REFERRING TO CHANGING CATEGORY OR ADDING NOTES ON THE DOCUMENT.

Ability to Archive Old Versions of Company Documents
It's inevitable that Company Documents need updating. Currently, it's not possible to delete or archive old versions of documents that have been used before so it can get confusing to our employees which are the current versions

EDIT FILE NAMES
We need the ability to edit file names. Often times, other departments are uploading documents and they need to be in certain format for processes later down the lifecycle. For example, we have a particular naming format for financials but also being able to add things like PO, job number, or even fix misspellings would be really helpful!

STATUS SORT FOR WORK ORDER
IT WOULD BE AMAZING TO SORT STATUS (I.E. OPEN, CLOSED, ETC.) IN THE WORK ORDER SECTION OF THE WEB AND MOBILE APP.

Draft vs sent status
When an email is sent from the activity folder we are able to add additional comments to the email, and we really like doing this to have better communication with the customer. However, when sent from the activity folder the status isn't changed from draft to sent, it stays in draft. Then our office manager sees that we have a bunch of estimates that are only in draft status, when in reality they have been sent to a customer.

Be able to “Duplicate” or “Copy” a Document
Please add a “copy” or “duplicate” function on the documents. We currently use our own templates for contracts. When we send a document for signature, it locks it and we can’t make any corrections to that or make a copy. We have to re-create the contract from scratch if we need to make any edits. This is for document that have NOT been signed yet.
Or let us void the document if it hasn’t been signed, and unlock the document so we can make edits.
