  1. Template and documents

    I would like a better way to organize email templates and documents so we don't have to spend so much time scrolling to find what we need. We should be able to organize them into catagories and sub catagories such as Sales Follow Up emails, Scheduling Emails, Post Sale Emails, etc.

  2. form data integrates into job fields

    We would like it if data that is entered into forms can automatically prefill data in custom job fields that match. For example, we inspect our roofs after completion and score the crews with a 1-5 rating. At this time, someone needs to fill out the form then manually transfer the data into the job fields.

  3. Be able to “Duplicate” or “Copy” a Document

    Please add a “copy” or “duplicate” function on the documents. We currently use our own templates for contracts. When we send a document for signature, it locks it and we can’t make any corrections to that or make a copy. We have to re-create the contract from scratch if we need to make any edits. This is for document that have NOT been signed yet.

    Or let us void the document if it hasn’t been signed, and unlock the document so we can make edits.

  4. Automations Triggered by Forms

    I'd like to be able to create an automation triggered by a form being completed. We would like to utilize the form function for our production manager to fill out daily or weekly progress forms for jobs and have them automatically emailed or have some kind of notification that they are completed.

  5. Extend Character Limit for Checklist Options in Forms

  6. STATUS SORT FOR WORK ORDER

    IT WOULD BE AMAZING TO SORT STATUS (I.E. OPEN, CLOSED, ETC.) IN THE WORK ORDER SECTION OF THE WEB AND MOBILE APP.

  7. The ability to pin a note or email

    It is easy to lose track of important emails or notes regarding projects, so an ability to "pin" said note or email would be helpful.

  8. receipts

    To have a receipts option under documents downloads that would give you a box to put the cost of the receipt in. This could auto total on the financial page. It would help keep track of job costs. This could theoretically integrate into a post job budget check.

  10. Draft vs sent status

    When an email is sent from the activity folder we are able to add additional comments to the email, and we really like doing this to have better communication with the customer. However, when sent from the activity folder the status isn't changed from draft to sent, it stays in draft. Then our office manager sees that we have a bunch of estimates that are only in draft status, when in reality they have been sent to a customer.

  12. Attach Pictures And Documents to Estimates/Invoices

    Not only should we be able attach Pictures AND Pdfs that are multiple pages, but also please make it to where they can be attached to the estimate or invoice as a whole vs. to a single line item. (Similar to "Add Item/ Add Section", but Add Attachment).
    The way it is right now, our salesmen have to send the estimate and/or invoice then a Separate email that includes the pictures and documents needed for the homeowners to have Legible, Large Format documents to submit to their HOA or insurance company. It adds steps that are supposed to be simplified…

  14. Enable Deletion of Icons, Logos, and TXT files auto extracted from emails when we email them in

    It would be great if we can filter out or allow deletion of icons, logos, and txt files automatically extracted from emails. It consumes pages of photo space and you can't readily find what you need. I fully understand disallowing attachment deletion for recordkeeping sake, but is there a way to allow deletion of .png and .txt files only? Or maybe filter by file size and if they are under a certain size AND are .png or txt, allow deletion? It would make things cleaner and more organized if this was possible.   16. Indicator on photo comment on mobile phone

    Can I get an indicator(highlight or red dot like Apple notifications) on photo comments showing there is a comment for photo instead of having to click on each comment bubble to see if there is text to read.

    Create a form or excel/google sheet file that can be added to a job to help calculate squares/materials when measurements were done by hand. Currently doing this in google sheets then having to add into to JN

  19. Ability to edit work order number to match job number

    When submitting a work order you should have the ability to make the work order ID number editable. It currently generates a number that could be correlated to a completely different customer/job with that same number. Why not make this editable to so that customer, job, and work order have the ability to all have the same ID number? Giving us the ability to make this change in the template would help associate the work order to that customer.

  20. Signatures on WORK ORDERS

    Just like on estimates and documents, WORK ORDERS need to have a native way of adding signatures. We've had a number of subcontractors argue payments with us because they didn't sign for anything. If we send a work order to a sub to accept, we want them to sign for it as a means of accepting the scope of work and payment terms.
