Attach Links to Documents
Give us the option of "uploading" or attaching a link as a document. This would make it possible to easily link a Google Doc or similar to a Contact/Job.

Upload Fillable PDF's (i.e custom contracts, change orders etc) to Document Templates
Which would then allow our custom documents to be sent out for e-signature.

Document Status changes with signature status
There used to be a "Signed" status for documents, but now that's gone and the signature status column seems to have replaced it. The problem is that the signature status can be fully signed, while the document status remains as a draft. I think the document status should relate to the signature status, or the document status should be removed altogether.

Ability to delete or hide company documents that are associated with active records.
Right now you get an error if you try to delete a document if it's been used in an email. We should be able to delete or hide those if they are outdated.

Make uploaded docs be automatically marked as private.
Have an option in settings to automatically mark uploaded documents as, private. Currently, this is done manually by have to make sure the box is selected.

Ability to print signature requested doc
Currently when sending a document requesting signature, recipients do not have the option to print the document or download it to review before signing. It would be convenient to include this to make business easier for clients.

Folder creation from Job/contact documents
Creating folders within the documents tab of a record could be helpful to locate certain documents faster.

More edit options for documents
I would like to be able to have more edit options for documents created in JobNimbus. Like have a landscape view option and also provide more framing options to make a document look more aesthetically pleasing.

Organize Documents
It would be nice if there was a way to alphabetize Documents or have a folder option. Currently, the most recent document uploaded is on top and you have to search through pages and pages to find a document that might have been uploaded 2 months ago. Alternatively, if they could be dropped into folders that would be another organizational tool. Ideally, we want to store all our job-related docs in JN but right now are using SharePoint as a back-up where docs can be alpha and organized into folders.

Open two documents at once
I need to be able to open two documents in a file at the same time. When check on the status of an insurance claim, I need to be able to open the scope front the insurance company, as well as my supplement/estimate that I have submited. I need to be able to open two documents at once. I am pulling my hair out because you don't allow me to do this.

Notifications to sender on signature documents
Customer wants a notification for the sender when just her customer is required to sign a document with the new signature feature.

Notifications for When Document is Digitally Signed.
An option for others besides the signees to be notified when a document is fully signed. There is a similar feature for estimates via an automation, which currently cant be created for documents.

open documents in new window
Instead of documents opening within the same window, open them as a new window(or tab) within the web browser. As it currently stands when you open a document, measurements for an example, it opens within the same tab. This method only allows one document to be viewed at a time. If the document were to open in a new tab within the browser we could easily have multiple documents open at one time. Allow for eSign by customers
SImply allow a customer to eSign a document (e.g. estimate) without my having to travel back to their location so they can do it on my device. Customers want to think it over, discuss with their spouse, etc.

I've noticed that there is a new id printed at the bottom of our documents and would like to be able to remove it.

PDF Editor
I would love to have a built-in PDF editor so we can pull up our company documents and edit them within JobNimbus, then save a copy to the contact. We have explored NaturalForms and it doesn't fit exactly what we need. Maybe an integration with DocHub or something similar would work? Currently our guys are downloading the documents, filling them out then uploading the new copy to the appropriate contact, which is inefficient.

Add company documents to customer documents
When creating a document for a customer, such as a contract, we like to add a product brochure or maybe a detail drawing. To do this now, we have to save it on our computer and upload it to the customer as an attachment every time. I created a document type called product brochures. If I could even just make certain types available to include in a document that would be helpful.
