  1. Ability to delete or hide company documents that are associated with active records.

    Right now you get an error if you try to delete a document if it's been used in an email. We should be able to delete or hide those if they are outdated.

  2. Create a report from forms

    I would like to be able to create a consolidated report from the information gathered on the form when we do a roof inspection. Maybe I would use it with my estimate or attach it to my work order.

    I would like the ability to delete a document template from a contact & have it also remove the attachment from the document tab, without having to manually delete from both areas.

  4. Add form to Contact/Job from the web browser version of JobNimbus

    We'd like to be able to add a form to a Contact/Job from the web browser version of JobNimbus so that the form already exists on the said Contact/Job before the sales rep goes onsite to fill it out.

  6. Live Documents

    We have supplements to send to insurance, and often those are figured out on the job and on the fly. It would be better to have a simple document that could be opened, typed in, saved, and closed....and then opened again later in the day to do it again until the job is complete. It would be more akin to a Google Drive document.

  7. Restrict visibility access for different Attachment Categories

    Visibility on different types of documents.

    Prevent certain groups/individuals to be able to see certain types of Attachment Categories.

  11. Attach Specific Document Types in email template

    Because you are able to define each document type which is uploaded, I WOULD THINK that you can make an email template that attaches all documents labeled as user defined "Document Type" to an EMAIL TEMPLATE. IF you can add this feature it would make the process 100x easier.

    ie If job status is set to follow up - send email template "follow up" Attach all documents with type as "follow-up documents"

  12. Upload Fillable PDF's (i.e custom contracts, change orders etc) to Document Templates

    Which would then allow our custom documents to be sent out for e-signature.

  13. Auto updating pricing on templates

    Automatically update prices in templates after updating prices in "Products and Services" under settings. We use templates a lot for quotes, ordering and estimates. It would be nice that after we update the price in "Product and Services" we can Click a button in the "edit template area" to update all the items that are linked to the "Products and Services" page. We have about 30 template estimates and updating multiple every time a price change happens in almost a full time job for several days.   14. Make Form drafts visible to office

    If a sales rep is unable to complete a check list form and saves it as a draft, it would be great to make the draft visible to the office. Currently we cannot see it in the draft stage until that check list is complete, problem also is if they save it then they cannot go back to edit it.

  15. Notifications for When Document is Digitally Signed.

    An option for others besides the signees to be notified when a document is fully signed. There is a similar feature for estimates via an automation, which currently cant be created for documents.

  18. Attach a "Company Document" onto a document template

    ok guys, are you ready for the next big thing? Another billion dollar idea? So the document feature is almost perfect, but we need to have access to attaching a "Company Document" to a "document" we create from a template. I created some cool PDF's from illustrator to bolster up the template look, you know, eye candy for the clients, but in order to hook the pdf to the newly created document, the pdf must first be downloaded from the "company documents" to my computer, then uploaded to the individual contact, then create document, then connect.
