  1. Selective Merging

    Would like to be able to choose what info is merged from which contact.
    Context:
    2 of the same client with non-identical info - 1 has the phone #, the other has the email, preferred name on one profile, etc. Would like to pick what info is merged, Boolean style - this or that.
    Would make the merge capability much more effective and cut down on the amount of work to update the info with what doesn't get transferred.

  3. Additional filtering options and bulk edit from contact list view

    I'd like to treat the Contacts more like a standard CRM that we can filter, then bulk edit rather than having to create a report to bulk edit that will end up being removed immediately after anyway.

  6. County Field

    It would be great if there was a County field in Contacts. Ideally it would recognize the county that the address is in but just having a field would be helpful. This would help with permitting and save the hassle of figuring out what county each address is in.

  7. color subcontractor

    Being able to Color Code Subs or Vendors Just like Team Members.

    This could be done in 2 Ways Either Direct by Vendor or Subcontractor or Alternately by Trade

    Having this ability it allows to look at a calendar and see directly who or what trade is on the job next just as we can with team members. Having a large database of subs and vendors it is an instant flash on the calendars

  8. Ability to track activity on contacts

    I would like to be able to see if calls are made to new leads/contacts without creating a custom field or requiring them to move a status. Storm season is here and we have had over 400 leads in the last 10 days. Need an easier way than manually doing this daily.

  9. Sync Contacts Different types of Contacts to Contacts (Customers) on QuickBooks
