Delete queue for admin approval
Occasionally we have an issue with duplicates or other minor issues that result in needing to delete a contact or job.
Most of our users do not have permission to delete, but they still see the option in the drop down menu. It would be nice if they could label something for deletion when they click that button. It would prompt them to confirm and perhaps enter a reason for the deletion.
That way, the admin designated as "deletion admin" would then get a notification that "user" submitted "job/contact" for deletion and requires approval. Then it could be reviewed before it is either approved or declined (with comments).
We plan on adding a Trash Can feature for admins to see deleted items and restore them, but users who don’t have permission to delete shouldn’t see the Delete option in their menus.
