Add related contacts to work orders including contact information
Be able to add related contacts to the work order that include name and contact information
If you create the Work Order from a Contact, it will use that as the parent record, or “Related Contact”, and if you create it from a Job then it will use that Job instead.
However, the Work Order is still able to show Contact info from the Related Contact of that Job when that info is set up in the Work Order template.

I don't think that this feature has been completed as asked. I think the question/request is to be able to add the merge fields on a work order for related contacts that are not the primary contact. If you create a work order on a JOB you want the billing to go to the primary contact which is what happens. What you need is the ability to add related contact info (not primary) to the work order document such as an on-site contact name, phone number and email.
For example:
ABC Construction is the ContactJob #1 has a primary Contact of ABC Construction (where all bills go) but Bob Smith is the related contact (not primary) that works for ABC and his contact info is need on the work order document.
Job #2 also has ABC Construction (where all the bills go) but John Deere is the related contact (not primary) that also works for ABC and his contact is needed on this work order document.
As JN is currently set up, unless I'm missing something, the only info you can get to show on a work order (also estimate and invoice) is the Primary Contact info.
