Preferred Contact Method Checkbox
The customer would like a checkbox next to a phone number to indicate it is the primarily point of contact of their customer.

Add a box with an option to select a customer's preferred contact method (text, phone, email). Display this after the customer's phone number and email at the top of the jobs page.
