Improve flow of setting up job/contact
Intuitive flow on setting up a contact and jobs. 1. You have two tabs for adding contacts on the contact page. If the correct one is not chosen they will not connect to original intake and not appear on the sales funnel. Your training description read choose upper right corner. They are both in the upper right corner. This is extremely confusing and causes a great deal of problems as the jobs and followup move forward. 2. There needs to an ability to delete as well as add product. That is not in your guide. Your user guide is NOT in your ? icon. The rep. did not know where else to find it. 3. An alert comes up when a duplicate job is created. There needs to be a way to be direct or connect that job to the contact and intake file. 4.There needs to be NEXT button to avoid going out of order or missing a step in the process so reporting, followup and team coordination stay inline.
