When we enter a new job through our contacts, is there a way to put that info directly into the calender for reminders?
We’ve added Workflows in our 1.12 update released this week. Now you can set up different workflows for different Job and Contact Types, add statuses as the “triggers,” and set up Tasks and other events to be performed automatically upon Status change.
With this you could set a task to be created whenever a Contact or Job is added as “New” status, for instance.
To learn more about how to get set up, log into your JobNimbus account, click the “?” at the top right, and select “Workflow” from the list.

This is a great idea if it could be set for different workflows depending on the client or job type. That way you could set differing SLA's to suit your clients and reduce the number of tasks you have to set manually.
