Track time last communication sent to customer
I would like to track the last time contact was made with a customer. Similar to how "days in status" is tracked

This will be extremely beneficial to everyone with access to the leads/contacts list. We will be able to see immediately, at a glance, the last time a note/communication was made, which will optimize time management, and will leave less room for hiccups in communications throughout any company utilizing this system.
