Revert from New Jobs Experience

This update was clearly made by an individual that doesn't use the platform for day-to-day work, because this slows down my job *so much*.
I thought about listing all the reasons why I dislike this update, but there's just too many.
How can we get this change, but we STILL DON'T HAVE repeating calendar tasks/events? Literally been asking for years.

I can't see what improvements this has made. This has done nothing but slow me down. I hate absolutely everything about it. Every single one of my employees feels the same way. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!

Dont fix what aint broke. Just pit it back and take the day off. I know thats frustrating for your team (and which ever big wig whose idea it was to ***** it up) but just put it back. Take some time to regroup; you worked really hard, I know, but this just ain’t it.

Stink, Stank Stunk!
Seriously? You have forced a poorly laid out change. It is now extremely difficult to navigate. This is costing time and money. I will be asking our executives to consider a different CRM platform so I can do my job. It would be great if you could just give the option to go back to the "legacy" format. I hope somebody reads this. This is disappointing and extremely frustrating.

The new update is awful! I wish it would go back to the way it was before. We had customizable fields in our jobs before that were set with automations. Now none of those automations work now because the information can't be entered like it was before when creating a new job. We had things set whether a job was a roof install or a repair so we would know to pull a permit once it got to a certain status. Now we can't enter that information where it used to show at the top of every job. Also, being able to edit all of the job information from one popup was way easier than this scattered all over the page nonsense. Why do we need more places to click when one edit button was plenty? You also can't preview attachments in emails so I could be sure the correct invoice is being sent. We've been using JobNimbus for the last several years, but I'm not seeing a benefit anymore. We might need to check new options.

Change for change's sake is always bad. Change for change's sake and making things harder is even worse!
If I took off work for three months to try to design a bad user interface for the project home page... I don't think that I could surpass how poorly the new layout functions.
The new jobs experience is bad... really, really bad. It slows me down. It hides critical data and it highlights things that we aren't using.
Rationally, I know it would be a lot of trouble to move our customer's data to a new CRM... but yesterday I was frustrated to the point that I thought here we go again time to find another CRM and start transferring data.

This new update is rating negative on the user friendly scale. Everything on the jobs is all over the place and every single thing seems like it has 5 steps/clicks rather than 1-2 with the old version. Everything is also so tiny with no way to expand the typing boxes anymore? Not to mention you cannot open a document on the job anymore. We have to download it or open a completely open a new tab which takes away valuable time. Please bring the toggle back at least so it is at user discretion.

I’ve been using jobnimbus since 2017 and have never considered switching to another platform until this “update”. It would be a real headache to learn and implement a new system for my company, but the thought of using this system as it is now honestly seems worse.
I’m not sure who designed it, but whoever approved it and thought it was an improvement needs to have their head examined.
If I was asked to compare the two side by side without ever having used either, my thought would be that the “new update” was some sort of original prototype from 10 versions ago.
If I owned or managed a competing program, I’d have my sales team working overtime right now to ****** up as many accounts as possible before jobnimbus wakes up and realizes what they’ve done. -

This is a completely frustrating change. I do not see any benefit. I know someone somewhere must like it. Can't we just have a toggle to use it the way it helps us?
-The description is limited and we need those corners so we can proof what we write.
-All the text-type fields, like the description and status, etc., need to have wrapped text so we don't have to hold down the right-arrow to see the whole sentence. Very inconvenient for the user
-The layout of 2 columns is not useful. It makes it hard to enter data in an orderly manner.
-The font size is TOO TINY. One column allows for bigger text, PLEASE.
-Too. Many. Clicks. We really need the toggle switch back. Please.

As someone who enters in new lead data on a daily basis, you've made it much harder for me to navigate around the page to remember everything. Making the text fields expandable and fully viewable for me to easily type in and check my work without having to go to so much extra effort is CRUCIAL.

Today our company has been forced into the new jobs experience view when looking at a job. Before we had the toggle. This view is not functional. So far on day 1 I've found 11 major downsides:
1. The description field has no corners allowing us to expand the box.
2. Extra click will need to be constantly made in order to click "show more" to see the entire description, our sales reps may not skip over seeing the entire description since it's an extra tedious step.
3. Custom text fields that don't wrap around so we need to click into the long skinny box and use the right arrow every single time we want to see what it says in it's entirety.
4. We have to scroll down to see all fields under "Job Fields", making it more likely for us to forget to enter or read important data.
5. You make it too easy for fields to be accidentally edited since a separate step to click edit is not required.
6. The font size for the basic customer info is tiny.
7. We have to jump around the page to fill in all the fields making it easier to forget to enter things and harder to train and check work, it's easier when all the fields are right next to each other so the eyes don't have to jump around so much.
8. The big green bar at the top showing the stages is not helpful. That's what the job boards are for.
9. You make us click INTO Tasks or Activities in order to filter them or view all (again, extra clicks), and when we do click into it, we loose being able to see the custom fields.
10. We cannot edit the related contacts directly from the job anymore by clicking the 3 dots next to the contact and then edit. It only allows us to go to the contact, not edit, as it used to - so again, extra clicks which also make us go away from the job we are working in.
11. Basic info like THE DATE THE JOB IS CREATED is not easily found - you have to go to Activities then undo the filter from user created to all.PLEASE PLEASE keep allowing us to toggle.

I really hope they bring back the toggle to allow us to choose what display we want as the old experience is much more user friendly. We have to click through things, to get somewhere then go back to use the other feature we originally needed. Everything on the old experience was displayed right up front and easy to navigate, please bring back the toggle.

This update is confusing and i liked the feature that we were able to switch to what display we like. Can we please get back the toggle.

The new update is not easy to use. Every time it does something changes and slows down. I just wish it would stay the same and stop "improving" things that were already working perfectly fine.

I loved how Jobnimbus has stayed the same over the years besides little updates. The new experience toggle was very helpful as I like the original way jobnimbus was set up. The new experience i feel like a lot of things are hidden in my opinion or harder to find i should say. Having the toggle allowed us to keep it the same and if other people like the new one better they can use that. Us on the other hand are fast paced and busy so having something easy to operate out in the field is very helpful. The notes is honestly hard to understand as it was broke up into clear boxes on the old one vs a timeline look which is blended and doesn't have much break. I can see the contacts have not been updated to reflect the new experience and that's exactly how we like the job. It was way more functional for us. I feel like I'm having to click through different things that should be displayed right up front.
I really hope they bring back the toggle to allow us to choose what display we want. -
