An error occurred while saving the comment This is a completely frustrating change. I do not see any benefit. I know someone somewhere must like it. Can't we just have a toggle to use it the way it helps us?
-The description is limited and we need those corners so we can proof what we write.
-All the text-type fields, like the description and status, etc., need to have wrapped text so we don't have to hold down the right-arrow to see the whole sentence. Very inconvenient for the user
-The layout of 2 columns is not useful. It makes it hard to enter data in an orderly manner.
-The font size is TOO TINY. One column allows for bigger text, PLEASE.

Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.
The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.
An error occurred while saving the comment Yes, however, it would help if the main number (or mobile number) would populate. AND another field to add a different/extra that doesn't auto-populate in case one needed for the job. So 2 fields
