Revert from New Jobs Experience

The new update makes job nimbus very confusing. This app is meant to make my life as a roofer simple. I do not want to have to get use to new settings once every month and then see a new update. The goal is for this to simplify my life! Not have to press 5 different buttons to get to where I want to go. Please change Job nimbus platform to the old system.

i like the old over the new experience as it was much easier to operate and find things.

I loved how Jobnimbus has stayed the same over the years besides little updates. The new experience toggle was very helpful as I like the original way jobnimbus was set up. The new experience i feel like a lot of things are hidden in my opinion or harder to find i should say. Having the toggle allowed us to keep it the same and if other people like the new one better they can use that. Us on the other hand are fast paced and busy so having something easy to operate out in the field is very helpful. The notes is honestly hard to understand as it was broke up into clear boxes on the old one vs a timeline look which is blended and doesn't have much break. I can see the contacts have not been updated to reflect the new experience and that's exactly how we like the job. It was way more functional for us. I feel like I'm having to click through different things that should be displayed right up front.
I really hope they bring back the toggle to allow us to choose what display we want. -

This update is really frustrating. Things were running smoothly before, what was the point of changing it?

Please give us a toggle switch to revert back to the old nimbus. The new one is not user friendly for how we use it. Have to go into estimates covert to invoice. Then go to financial screen to add credit memos. Too much flipping back and forth making job alot more complicated than what it needed to be before. The old version was so much better. No one likes it

I agree with scroll up and down to find certain things when it use to be all on the screen

There should definitely at least be a toggle option to keep the old layout.
With every feature they've introduced so far, we've had an option to not use the new one.
Unsure their reasoning for not having a toggle this time. -

The new change to Jobs is NOT user friendly. Please we will really appreciate if you can reverse it to the way it used to be, the same way that Contacts remains. Other companies that I know that are using JobNimbus because I recommended them to using your platform are complaining about the new Jobs experience as well, we don't like it. Thank you.

The old setup was easy to quickly scan job status, build dates, and other custom fields. All of the tabs were easily accessible and in plain view. The new jobs experience is very busy and more time-consuming to scroll down or sift through tabs in the sidebar. The view doesn't feel as intuitive, though I do like the ability to click a dropdown to change a status or update a field. I would suggest going back to the original view and keeping the option to update statuses and fields more quickly.

The new jobs board is confusing and hard to maneuver. For example if an email was sent from the contact and not the job it's not showing in the activity to reply or view. Also everything is moved and all over the place no longer organized
